What can we help you with today?

The 12-month plan has the lowest cost per month at $48 for a single device, against $12 for one month. If you are new to the service, start with the 24-hour free trial or a one-month plan, then move to a longer term once you are satisfied with the stability.

The number refers to how many streams can run at the same time. A 1-device plan lets one screen watch at any moment, while 2 and 3-device plans let several people watch different channels simultaneously. You can install the line on as many devices as you like, but only the paid number can play at once.

Yes. Contact support and we will move you onto a larger plan and adjust the price for the time remaining, so you keep the same credentials and do not have to reconfigure anything.

It is a one-time payment for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored, so your subscription simply ends on its expiry date unless you contact us to extend it.

Yes. The reseller panel works on credits, letting you create and manage lines for your own customers with wholesale pricing. Packages start from one month, and the reseller page has the full credit tiers.

The line stops working on the expiry date. Nothing is deleted immediately, so if you renew shortly afterwards we can usually reactivate the same credentials and your device setup stays exactly as it was.

Technically the line works anywhere with internet, but the plan limit applies to simultaneous streams across all locations. If two households want to watch at the same time, you need at least a 2-device plan.

Yes. The per-month cost drops as the term grows. On a single device the 3-month plan works out cheaper per month than monthly billing, the 6-month cheaper again, and the 12-month plan is the lowest rate we offer.

No. The price shown is the full price. There is no activation fee, no installation charge and no hardware to buy, because the service runs on the device you already own.

Yes, and we recommend it. Take the free 24-hour trial first to check quality on your own connection. Every paid plan is also covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service does not perform as described.

It depends on your device. Smart TV and Firestick users generally get the best results from a dedicated IPTV player installed from the app store, while MAG and Formuler boxes use their built-in portal. We tell you exactly which app to use when we send your credentials.

An M3U link is a single web address that carries your whole channel list. Most apps only need that link, or a username and password, to load everything automatically. We provide whichever format your device expects.

Individual channels occasionally drop when the original broadcast source goes down, which affects that channel only. It normally returns by itself within a short time. If it does not, tell support which channel it is and we will check the source.

Firestick buffering is usually local rather than server-side. Clear the app cache, close background apps, and use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an ethernet adapter if you can. If buffering continues on every channel, contact support so we can move you to a different server.

Yes, provided the connection is stable and fast enough. 4G and 5G generally handle HD and FHD comfortably, though 4K streaming over mobile data can be inconsistent depending on signal strength and network congestion.

Yes. Both are fully supported. For MAG boxes we register your device MAC address on our portal, and for Formuler we supply the portal details, so send us the MAC when you order to speed activation up.

A VPN is not required for the service to work. Some internet providers and some countries restrict streaming traffic, and in those cases a VPN usually resolves buffering or blocked channels. Otherwise it is unnecessary and can slow your connection.

Every supported app has a search function, and the channels are grouped by country and category such as sports, news, movies and kids. Most players also let you build a favourites list so your regular channels stay at the top.

Not every channel broadcasts in 4K. Many are transmitted in FHD or HD at source and your television upscales them to fill the screen, which can look softer than native 4K. Channels that do carry a 4K feed are marked in the list.

Contact support straight away on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your credentials. Most interruptions are a server issue we can fix within minutes by moving your line, and any downtime is added back to your subscription.
