Dream 4K IPTV on a Samsung Smart TV (Tizen, 2017 and newer) installs from the Samsung app store: IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or Smart IPTV. Log in with Xtream, or activate by MAC address with your M3U link. No Firestick needed.
Install on Tizen
- Press Home, open Apps, search for IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or Smart IPTV and install.
- Smarters: choose Xtream Codes API and paste server, username and password.
- IBO or Smart IPTV: note the MAC address on screen, open the app’s website on a phone, enter the MAC and your M3U link.
- Restart the app. Set the stream format to MPEG-TS if the app asks.

No branded app; Smarters, IBO and Smart IPTV all take the Dream login.
My Samsung TV is from 2015. Will it work?
Not through the store. A Firestick on the HDMI port is the cheapest route: see Firestick setup.
Do I need the M3U or the Xtream details?
Both are in your activation email; use whichever the app asks for.
